My Credit Union

We are still feeling the excitement and buzz at Ultradata’s headquarters in Melbourne, with the formal announcement of our first USA client - My Credit Union (MYCU) officially signing with Ultracs Corp on May 24.

It was really quite thrilling to have all our staff (working to an Australian time zone) present as we delivered the outstanding news, and created an exceptionally proud moment in Ultradata’s history.

My Credit Union ‘for life’ (MYCU) services members across 6 counties in Minnesota, and possesses $400 million in assets. It has 4 branches (2 about to open their doors) and employs just over 100 staff.

So what did the journey up to this point look like?

MYCU has onboarded the entire suite (well almost!) of the latest Ultracs Ecosystem software, and aside from MVP3 R5 and App 2 R6 scheduled to be implemented over the next few weeks, Ultracs 5.4, Loan Origination and Document Storage Management have all been installed on the MYCU server.
MYCU staff have begun their ‘one to one training’, with testing and data conversion scheduled for August 4.

The key selling points

Whilst there were many reasons for the Board of MYCU and Executive Management to formally engage Ultracs Corp over our rivals, Ultracs’ ‘end to end capabilities’ were a stand out winner, and will serve as the provision for the organisations vision for growth.
The other noteworthy investment benefits delighting our newest client are;

1. Upsell: 360-degree view of the customer from the one dashboard creating endless marketing and engagement opportunities.
2. Real time capability: greater security, bigger risk mitigation, higher customer engagement, on point and relevant marketing executions and communications, greater effectiveness and efficiency in day to day operations and management.

With 35 third-party collaborations we have been able to establish new beginnings with industry partners in the USA financial technology industry.
