Our Client Conference 2024 at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort was an unambiguous success and featured a dynamic line-up of presentations from our team, clients, and industry partners.
In his first in-person address to clients, CEO David Marshall opened the conference by highlighting the theme, 'Continuing to Grow' – where he outlined a vision of innovation and progress, setting the tone for the presentations over the next two days.
With David’s vision setting a platform for the innovation and inspiration to come, the energy in the room was palpable. There was genuine excitement to learn about what Ultradata and industry partners present were about to unveil.
Our team set the tone for the conference by sharing the key software solutions set to define the new era of banking. The presentations covered the key pillars of an effective financial technology strategy: Security, Resilience, Lending, Automation, and of course, the software that powers it all: The Ultracs Core Banking solution, Ultracs API Connector, My Viewpoint, Fraud Interceptor, Snapshot Manager and the Ultracs App – to name a few.

The presentations focused on key technology solutions, and how their application has delivered practical, tangible benefits. They covered security and enhancing operational efficiency, building a Banking as a Service (BaaS) offering through API integration, and leveraging technology to enhance customer service.
And not to be outdone, our industry partners delivered a series of engaging presentations that provided a valuable insight into the macro environmental factors that influence financial institutions.
