Recently, and as many of you may be aware by now, Ultradata went through an internal restructure that resulted in the merging of the Sales and Client Engagement teams.
The newly restructured team is now known as the ‘Clients and Emerging Markets team’, and was formed with a clear aim to better support our highly valued clients.
We believe that this new internal change will allow us to deliver on our aim by allowing us to;
Tim Rapp has been appointed into this newly created role as General Manager of Clients and Emerging Markets, and is supported by a team of existing and new account management professionals. This now sees Tim fulfil the shared responsibility of managing Utradata’s clients and partner relationships with new and existing customers across the globe.
Tim has had a long history with Ultradata dating back to 2000, and previous to his latest appointment, Tim held the roles of General Manager of Sales, Sales Manager and Client Relationship Manager.

Throughout his tenures across the business, Tim has been an active member of the Ultradata leadership team, and has held the responsibility of investigating the landscape of ‘emerging markets’ and other strategic opportunities across the business as a whole.
He now brings all this extensive experience to his role, which without a doubt will hold the Clients and Emerging Markets team in very good stead, and as importantly, deliver on Ultradata’s main aim of bettering client service and engagement going forward.
