The 'digital wallet' allows customers' bank account cards and credit cards to be uploaded within their Android and iOS mobile device wallets.
Ultracs App 2 has the capacity to support Apple Pay and Google Pay, and serves as a verification gateway for digital wallet payments.
Our solution supports all the necessary card provisioning workflows, and our designs conform to digital wallet standards as mandated by Apple and Google, while meeting the differing standard requirements of both brands.
With a hover for face ID, or a touch of a finger for fingerprint verification, or should customers wish to tighten their cyber security measures one step further, customers can enable a pin number as further authentication with every purchase.
Once a transaction is complete, all banking transactions are catalogued in real time. It is that simple.
The new card security setting software provides the ability for customers to allow or block specific card transaction types at a card product type level such as online purchases, ATM withdrawals and instore card purchases. The new card security parameters allowing customers to select the default of local vs international transaction type settings that are applied to new and replacement cards when they are ordered.
The manage cards notification allows customers to maintain the notification messages that are sent when card security settings are updated within Ultracs App 2, or when a card transaction is attempted on a blocked transaction type.
The new digital card orders software module allows financial institutions to offer digital credit and debit cards to customers. Digital cards enable customers to immediately transact on their card, and to provision their card into their digital wallets (Apple Pay and Google/Android), and allows the customer to choose whether they want to order a digital card only, or a digital card and a plastic card.
Replacement card fees can also be configured and managed using this module, with different rules depending on the need i.e. replacement reasons. A digital card is automatically issued when a customer opens an account in Ultracs App 2 via either the onboarding or account opening process.
