Native to the Ultracs App 2 digital banking platform, the 'push notifications' software solution enables customers to set and manage push notifications on financial matters as they wish to receive them.
Customers are able to set up push notifications within their device settings, or within the cards section of the App.
Specified card transactions are sent in a secure messaging format, with immediate visibility in real-time across all interactions, transactions and balances, allowing for self-service management of a customers’ day to day finances such as;
that are set to occur when a certain amount exceeds a customers’ nominated notification threshold, with the push notification detailing the transaction
when a new secure message is sent by an organisation, a notification is sent alerting the customer
software solution integration delivers visibility so that whenever a transaction occurs that exceeds a nominated notification threshold, a notification is sent detailing the transaction
allows message password details to be sent as notifications to a user’s lock screen, or delivered in the format as configured by the customer within their App2 device settings
