Kee Bee (KB) Lim is a Senior Test Analyst in Ultradata's Quality Assurance team. He tests Ultradata's core and digital banking software to confirm they are working as intended before their deployment to client sites making him the "gatekeeper" who ensures Ultradata's solutions deliver the best possible operator experience.

Geelong Bank sought to upgrade its Ultracs core banking environment as its existing digital banking solutions reached end-of-life. They began with the underlying infrastructure, upgrading their core banking system to Ultracs 5.1. This enabled subsequent upgrades of its Internet banking solution to My Viewpoint 3 (Release 4) and its mobile banking solution to Ultracs App 2 (Release 3).

Ultradata has long been SWSbank’s trusted technology partner, providing a comprehensive financial technology ecosystem through the Ultracs Core Banking System. SWSbank also uses Ultracs CMS for its website and intranet, My Viewpoint 3 for Internet banking, and Ultracs App 2 for mobile banking. Recently, Ultradata integrated Open Banking Compliance Modules to keep the bank aligned with current industry standards.
