Holiday Coast Credit Union (Holiday Coast) has commenced a journey to create a fully integrated banking platform to provide efficient operating systems and processes, whilst providing improved digital banking capabilities to deliver the 'Amazing Banking Experience.'
A key component to the transformation is the commitment to a long term partnership Ultradata Australia to deliver the technology solutions required.
Much, much more than just a technical upgrade all areas of Holiday Coast will be affected - from branch to administration, policies, processes, methods using the latest Ultradata solutions based on the Ultracs 5 release to create efficiencies and automate processes wherever possible.
The key driver will be the integration of Ultradata core and digital banking systems to be delivered in a two year program of work that will incrementally see enormous benefits to members - as well as access to the upcoming New Payments Platform in 2018

The project work has already commenced with internal Holiday Coast project teams working closely with Ultradata to implement key upgrades quickly - by the end of 2017 the first stage will be completed with rolling updates thereafter.
